Andrew W. Tate, CFA, Managing Director

Andrew joined Sterling Capital Management in 2007. He is a member of the Investment Committee and serves as a fixed income strategist. Additionally, he has overall responsibility for the Business Development team. He has investment experience since 1998. Prior to joining Sterling, he worked for Banc of America Securities LLC as a Principal in the Short Term Fixed Income Group and Bank of America as a Client Manager. Andrew is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he received his BS in Business. He is a CFA charterholder.

Greg W. Bradley, Executive Director

Greg joined Sterling Capital Management in 2013.  He has investment experience since 1996.  Greg serves as the head of Client Service and has overall responsibility for the Client Service and Marketing teams.  Prior to joining Sterling, his experience includes serving as an Account Manager for Schroders Investment Management (US Intermediary Distribution team), Hewlett Packard Company (Financial Services Vertical), and Wachovia Evergreen Capital Management (National Accounts).  He spent the majority of his career at Bank of America Capital Management as a Director/Program Manager for their separately managed account business.  Greg is a graduate of Florida State University where he received his BS in Finance.


Robert M. Clark, Executive Director

Bob joined Sterling Capital Management in 1999 and is part of the team responsible for new business development and client service. He has investment experience since 1982. Prior to joining Sterling, he was a Managing Director with Artisan Partners. He also held positions as national director of marketing and client service while at Merganser Capital Management, Reams Asset Management, and NFJ Investment Group, a Dallas-based subsidiary of Pacific Investment Management Company. Bob is a cum laude graduate from University of Arizona where he received his BSBA in Finance.


Anthony T. Corallo, CTP, Executive Director

Tony joined Sterling Capital Management in 1997 and is part of the team responsible for new business development and client service. He has investment experience since 1991. Prior to joining Sterling, he held business development positions at Dreyfus Institutional Services and Waddell & Reed. Tony is a graduate of Southern Oregon University where he received his BA in Finance and Political Science. He holds a Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association of Financial Professionals.


Anthony G. DeLucia, Executive Director

Tony joined BB&T Asset Management in 2003 and Sterling Capital Management through merger in October 2010. He has investment experience since 1996. He is responsible for distribution, marketing and implementation of our packaged products and services to our internal partners. Prior to joining BB&T, he worked for BISYS Fund Services as an External Wholesaler and Internal Sales Manager. Tony is a graduate of the University Massachusetts at Amherst where he received his BS in Science.


Kent J. Fisher, CFA, Executive Director

Kent joined Sterling Capital Management in 2012 and is part of the team responsible for new business development and client service.  He has investment experience since 1991.  Prior to joining Sterling, he was Senior Business Development Officer with Smith Breeden Associates, Inc. responsible for consultant relations in the United States, Canada and internationally.  Kent is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he received his BA in Economics.  He received his MBA from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec.  He is a CFA charterholder.


Jeffrey B. Anderson, Director

Jeff joined BB&T Asset Management in 2005 and Sterling Capital Management through merger in October 2010. He has investment experience since 1993. He is responsible for development and support of marketing related matters. Prior to joining BB&T, he was a marketing manager and director of shareholder communications with Evergreen Investments. Jeff is a graduate of Worcester State University where he received his BA.


Maxwell J. Anthony, Director

Max joined Sterling Capital Management in 2012 and is part of the team responsible for new business development and client service.  Specifically, Max is a fixed income strategist and is responsible for developing investment solutions for clients.  He has investment experience since 1996.  Prior to joining Sterling, he worked for Bank of America as a product specialist within debt capital markets.  He also served as an independent consultant providing capital structure optimization for corporate, governmental, and municipal clients.  Max is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he received his BS in Business Management.


Christopher R. Best, Director

Chris joined BB&T Asset Management in 2007 and Sterling Capital Management through merger in October 2010. He has investment experience since 2006. He is responsible for raising assets within the DCIO marketplace. Prior to joining BB&T, he held an analyst position with Credit Suisse. Chris is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he received his BA in Political Science. He received his Masters of Trust and Wealth Management from Campbell University.


Kristin E. Jaerling, Director

Kristin joined Sterling Capital Management in 2003 as an analyst in the firm's Private Client Group before assuming her current role as the firm's Client Service Coordinator. She has investment experience since 2003. Kristin is a graduate from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte where she received her BSBA in Finance with a minor in Economics.


Kelsey H. McKillop, Director

Kelsey joined Sterling Capital Management in 2010. She has investment experience since 2008. Kelsey serves as Sterling's client service and business development analyst. Previous responsibilities include desktop marketing and client review materials. Prior to Sterling, she worked as a client service associate for Rinehart Wealth Management. Kelsey is a graduate of Davidson College where she received her BA in History.


Amy M. Bordonaro, Associate Director

Amy joined Sterling Capital Management in 2003.  She has investment experience since 2003.  Amy is responsible for desktop marketing and client review materials.  Prior to Sterling, she worked for Bovis Lend Lease, a global construction services firm.  Amy is a graduate of Robert Morris University.


Michelle T. Faro, Associate Director

Michelle joined Sterling Capital Management in 2013.  She has investment experience since 2008.  Michelle serves as an analyst for Sterling’s client service and business development team.  Prior to Sterling, she worked as a marketing representative for Northern Trust.  Michelle is a graduate of University of Illinois - Chicago where she received her BS in Marketing.


Michael McLean, Associate Director

Mike joined BB&T Asset Management in 2009 and Sterling Capital Management through merger in October 2010. He has investment experience since 2002. Mike is the Operations Manager for the Elite UMA (Unified Managed Account) platform. His prior focus with the firm was equity trading for the Sterling Capital Funds as well as institutional and individual accounts. Prior to joining BB&T, he was a middle office associate at Putnam Investments. Mike is a graduate of Merrimack College where he received his BA in Management. He received his MBA from Bentley University with a concentration in Business Analytics.
